gonna make the distance

I decided to listen to my body tonight. I was going to go the pace that my body was comfortable with and that was a slow one tonight. After having such a terrible running week it feels good to get some serious kilometres done even though they were slow. I rather be mega slow and do lots of kilometres than fast with little kilometres. It just feels good running for a long distance and finishing on a high.

  • Max heart rate: 197 bpm
  • Average heart rate: 181 bpm
  • Pace: 6’59”

I’m feeling thankful to God for helping do such a good run tonight. He knew exactly what I needed to pick me up and help me continue this challenge. Great conditions tonight with the temperate at 19 °C which helped with my excessive sweating. Overall, feeling better about my running again.
