Not much to report on tonight. It was a similar run to last night’s run so I would just be repeating myself. It was cooler with a nice breeze to accompany me and that was definitely different from last night which was humid. I’m really struggling this week and I’m not entirely sure why. It feels as if I’ve never run before and I’m starting my running from scratch with no training. So, I’m having a bit of a slump week. I’ve forgotten what it’s like to run 16 km and I hope I will get back to that soon.

  • Max heart rate: 197 bpm
  • Average heart rate: 164 bpm
  • Pace: 6’05”

Tonight’s run was very average and very ho hum. I’m just having one of those weeks but thats ok because if I keep at it I’m sure I will get back on top soon. Perseverance and endurance is what I need to focus on. I hope all you other runners out there are having some better runs than I am!
