some cool hills

Post-run Mel

Left the house at 8 am this morning and what a morning it was. You could not have asked for better running weather. It was cool, overcast and had a breeze. I just love running in conditions like this.

I did some hills today so my pace was a little slower than usual. I remember going up this massive hill and wanting to either turn around and run down or just walk the rest of the way up. I didn’t and powered on running to the top and I’m glad I did. I love the feeling you get from pushing yourself to reach your goal. It makes the run down all the more sweet.

A solid run. I’m happy with my pace with all the hills. I’ve been feeling so fit these last few days and it must be the change in the weather.
